Written for a a youth band camp in southern France, suite classique (l’as 2 pique) is a composition with 5 contrasting movements, all based on the same 4-note-motive. Beside an entertaining piece for the audience, it offers many pedagogical opportunities towards, style, sound, balance, etc.
